The website nel-coil.com belongs to NEL, a manufacturer of search coils for metal detectors.

For questions about personal data, please use the contact form on the Contact page.

We only collect the data you enter in the forms on the website:

• Contact form: name, email, country (optional), topic and message.
• Order (price request) on coil pages: name, country, phone, email, comment, and the coil name and article number.

The address of the page the form was sent from and the website language are sent automatically with the form.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver the pages and protect the website from attacks.

We do not use analytics, advertising systems or any other visitor tracking.

• to protect the forms from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or newsletters without your separate consent.

We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal bases are:

• your consent, which you give by sending a form;
• preparing and fulfilling an order at your request;
• our legitimate interest in protecting the website from spam and attacks.

Form data is stored in Google Sheets in NEL's account and sent to NEL's email. Only NEL staff who handle messages and orders have access to it.

To process an order outside Ukraine, we may share the necessary data with the NEL dealer in your country.

Services we use:

• Google (Google LLC): storage of form data and email;
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): website hosting, protection from attacks, and the “I am not a robot” check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on pages with forms.

These companies may process data on servers outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the USA, and apply their own data protection measures.

• contact form messages: up to 3 years;
• price requests and orders: up to 3 years.

After that, the data is deleted. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• withdraw your consent or object to the processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, with the data protection authority in your country.

The website works over a secure connection (HTTPS) only. Access to form data is limited to NEL accounts, and the forms are protected from automated spam.
