NEL Sharpshooter search coil on a metal detector stem

Overview

A compact coil for sites full of iron and other metal trash. Its shape separates non-ferrous targets from iron very well.

It is light and agile, with good sensitivity to large, medium and especially small targets. Use it as an additional coil. On request, NEL can make it with a cable up to 3 m long.

Heavily littered sites: ruined foundations, yards, the outskirts of old settlements, beaches. The compact shape lets you work between stones, roots and bushes and separate non-ferrous metal from iron precisely.

Features

The coil is fully waterproof and submersible. The body is filled with epoxy resin and finished with a black marine-grade coating, the kind used on yachts and boats, so it can be used without a plastic coil cover. It handles medium and high ground mineralization well.
