Warranty

All NEL coils come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid worldwide.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects: cracks in the plastic and performance problems caused by manufacturing faults, for example when the coil does not respond to targets. Such defects usually show up within the first few hours of use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Handle the coil with care: avoid knocks and sudden impacts. A hard impact can make the coil noisy, giving false signals.

Each case is reviewed individually, and NEL decides at its sole discretion whether it is covered by the warranty. The more information you provide, the faster we can make a decision.

No, the warranty applies to the original owner only.

In Ukraine, return the coil to the place of purchase. Be sure to include:

• proof of purchase (receipt or invoice);
• a short description of the problem;
• your return address and phone number, so we can contact you.

Outside Ukraine, return the coil with your proof of purchase to your local dealer, who will handle the warranty claim. Make sure to include your return address and phone number.
